The interiors are informed by the quiet principles of Japandi design, where Scandinavian clarity meets Japanese restraint. Drawing on the philosophy of wabi-sabi, materials, textures and proportions are selected for their natural character, celebrating simplicity, balance and the subtle beauty found in everyday living.
Open-plan layouts and 2.7-metre ceilings create a sense of volume without excess. Rooms flow naturally from one space to the next,
supporting everyday routines with minimal interruption.
Balconies extend living areas outward, framing trees, sky and neighbourhood outlook. Natural light is drawn deep into each apartment, shaping interiors that feel consistently open from morning through late afternoon.
